A TLR may be available for an experienced teacher willing to take on subject leadership and additional teacher and leadership responsibility.

This is a full-time permanent class teacher contract, open to ECTs and experienced Teachers. Class teacher required to start from September 2024.

An exceptional Primary School in Romford is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Class Teacher to start in September 2024 and hit the ground running. The school is perfectly located near to Romford town centre with connections into central London and out into Essex. The school is led by an inspirational Headteacher and SLT, who have developed the school into one of the leading schools in the area. Class Teacher will need to be:

An excellent class teacher with a proven record of raising achievement.

Have the knowledge and expertise to enthuse your colleagues.
You must have QTS and an excellent academic background
A teacher who is committed to personal and professional development.

As a class teacher, you will be in line with the School Mission Statement, to be responsible for the welfare and education of a designated group of pupils in accordance with the requirements of the National curriculum, the school's aims, objectives and schemes of work and any policies of the Governing Body.

Class Teacher Duties and Responsibilities:

Carry out teaching duties in accordance with the school's schemes of work, National Curriculum and designated subject areas
Liaise with colleagues to deliver units of work in a collaborative way in accordance with the School Development Plan
Work with teaching assistants, the SENCO and the inclusion team
Set challenging targets for pupil attainment levels
Be an exemplar teacher
Share in the responsibility for the well-being and discipline of all pupils
