Gap Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced Dumper Driver/Groundworker to work on a project in Harlow town centre, Essex.

Dumper Drivers Objectives

Prepare and position the machine for safe and effective operation.
Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure the machine is in good working condition.
Setting up a site, putting up barriers, safety signs.
Adhere to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Collaborate with site managers and other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure the accurate and precise execution tasks.
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.

Dumper Drivers Specification

Valid CPCS or NPORS Ticket.
Dumper ticket desirable but not essential.
Must have own tools and full PPE.
Minimum two years on site experience in a similar role.
Be able to provide two checkable references.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to perform manual tasks.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
