Primary School Teacher Key Responsibilities:

Teaching Excellence: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire Key Stage 1 students, ensuring each child achieves their full potential.
Curriculum Development: Create and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the academic and developmental needs of all students.
Student Assessment: Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies to individual learning needs.
Classroom Management: Maintain an organised and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school.Primary School Teacher Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Must hold QTS and have relevant teaching qualifications.
Experience: Demonstrated experience teaching Key Stage 1 students in the UK, preferably in a prep or independent school setting.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a structured learning environment.
