Job Description

As Design Programme Lead, your main responsibilities are:

Cross-functional collaboration, across multiple brands
Lead the delivery of programmes
Ensure all activities are in line with business priorities, and delivered on-time
Ensure activities are based on Agile Ways of Working, constantly striving to improve the performance of the team

Qualifications / Skills required

Microsoft Office applications experience; notably Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
Experienced at planning, monitoring and delivering programmes and projects
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Product development awareness
Risk, issues and impediments management
Change management, et al.
