Role:
In the position of Intermediate Mechanical Estimator, you will collaborate with Senior Mechanical Estimators to create financially viable estimates for mechanical services.

Duties will involve:
* Handling tender/cost plan inquiries.
* Following company protocols.
* Reviewing tender documentation.
* Working with Senior Estimators on contract terms and ensuring alignment with Design and Operations teams are crucial responsibilities.
* Your tasks will include analysing quotations.
* Identifying value engineering opportunities.
* Participating in site surveys.
* Contributing to tender submission documents to demonstrate a solid understanding of project scope.
* Additionally, you will assist in carrying out instructions from Company Directors.

Ideal candidates should:
* Possess strong communication skills.
* Be adept at working in a team environment.
* Have a keen attention to detail.
* Given the collaborative nature of the role.
* Effective interaction with other departments is essential, requiring a personable approach.
* Excellent organisational abilities
