Working: Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day remote

Rate: £50/hr (Outside IR35)

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage all aspects of cost and contract control for various contract.

* Fully administer various forms of contract preferabley with an IChemE bias.

* Strong Change Management required

* Processing of Application for Payments.

* Provide accurate cost forecasting and budgeting.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and project managers, to deliver successful projects.

Requirements:

* 15 years of experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the engineering or construction industry.

* Proven experience with IChemE contracts and familiarity with its administration.

* Strong understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract administration.

* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

* Prefer degree in Quantity Surveying
