Walker & Sloan is excited to find an enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a leading Regional Tier 1 Contractor in Bristol. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on student accommodation projects, a sector known for its dynamic challenges and rewarding outcomes.

In this position, you will support senior surveyors in managing the costs associated with student accommodation projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing estimates, handling contract administration, and assisting with budgeting, procurement, and financial reporting. You should have a relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with some experience in a similar role. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team are crucial.
