About the role:

The role involves providing one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, including those with challenging behaviours. You will work closely with the class teacher to implement individualised education plans and create a positive learning environment for all students. This role is vacant due to expansion, reflecting our commitment to providing tailored support to meet the needs of our diverse student body.

Application Requirements:

• Experience working with children with SEN, particularly those with challenging behaviours.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students with SEN, including implementing individualised education plans.

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.

• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

• Manage challenging behaviours effectively and promote positive behaviour management strategies.
