Are you proactive and have excellent attention to detail?

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant PA to join a well-established business based in Staffordshire.

You will be joining a team of experienced individuals who covering a range of different departments.

This is an outstanding role for someone with strong organisational, excellent attention to detail and who is proactive from an Events or PA background with several years of experience.

The role involves assisting the team with coordinating the Director’s and senior leader's travel, calendar, expenses, and meetings which would also include booking travel, and accommodation activities.

Engage in company admin duties related to company vehicles, renewals of contracts, events and assisting with social media as well as reasonable duties within the role. The role is varied with no two days being the same.

The Role:

Supporting the EA and Senior Leaders
Handling all confidential correspondence to ensure a professional standard of response
Organising and maintaining complex calendars
Organise and maintain all aspects of the company's administrationCandidate Requirements:
