***12 Months Of HGV Class 2 Driving Experience Required***
Location: Cannock WS9 8TP
Working Hours:
Ad Hoc - Temprary Shifts Available
Pay Rate:
£15.12 P/hr
About this role:
Safely operating an articulated tipper truck.
Ensure the truck is loaded and unloaded correctly, balancing the load as required.
Transport a variety of bulk materials, such as aggregates, sand and gravel.
Ensure materials are properly secured and covered as necessary.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or maintenance needs to ensure roadworthiness
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, logbooks, and other necessary paperwork in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to health and safety regulations.
About You:
You should hold a valid HGV 2/C+E Licence and have a minimum of 12 months Tipper driving experience.
No more than 6 points no DD/ DR Code convictions
Hold a current valid DCPC & Tacho cards
Understand and able to comply with Driver’s hours and WTD legislation
Able to understand and carry out necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and able to report defects correctly
Should comply with on-site health and safety requirements
Excellent communication skills
