This market leading company are one of the largest housing associations within the UK and due to continuing success, they are set to become the largest developer of new homes in the UK, which huge growth plans for the next 5 years.

You will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs across multiple properties in North London covering Barnet, Camden, Islington and more. You will be required to carry out Plumbing repairs and replacements of sinks water tanks, and bathrooms. In addition to plumbing you will have associated skills and experience in basic carpentry, tiling, painting/decorating and patch plastering repairs.

The ideal candidate will have previous plumbing experience specifically working within social housing or local authorities, and an unvented qualification is preferable but not essential. You must have an NVQ or City and Guilds in Plumbing.

* Previous Plumbing Experience
-NVQ/ City and Guilds in Plumbing
