About the role:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and curiosity. This part-time position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on children’s development. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality education that meets the needs of each child.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role.
• Experience: Previous experience working within the EYFS framework is highly desirable.
• Passion for Early Education: A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development and well-being.
• Adaptability and Creativity: Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and encourage creativity in the classroom.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum, fostering a love for learning.
• Individualised Support: Provide individualized support and guidance to children, ensuring their diverse needs are met.
• Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and cooperation.
• Assessment and Reporting: Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and providing feedback to parents and colleagues.
