Are you experienced in Sea / Road freight imports?

We are assisting with the recruitment of a Freight Operator for a well- established, family run company based in Feltham, boasting over 25 years of success This is an opportunity to join a multimodal freight forwarding logistics operation and become an integral part of a close-knit team.

The Job role:

As Freight Operator you will be responsible for:

* Road Freight – mainly Imports with a little Exports (start to finish)

* Sea Freight – Imports (start to finish)

* Carrying out Customs documentation

* Quoting and Invoicing

The Requirements:
To be suitable for the position of Freight Operator you will ideally have the following:

* Background in Sea Freight Imports

* Ideally experienced with Road Freight

* Create and process documentation

* Familiarity with ASM Sequoia (Customs) and Boxtop (CRM) would be advantageous

* Experience in quoting and invoicing clients

The Package:
The successful candidate for the role of Freight Operator will receive the following package:

* Salary circa £30K

* Company performance bonus annually

* 20 days holiday per annum plus bank holiday

* Working hours: 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday
