Sales and Customer Service Assistant

DC Personnel are recruiting for a Sales and Customer Service Assistant to join our client in Whetstone Magna area of Leicester, LE8

Permanent position

Pay:

£23,500/annum

Hours:

37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday
8:30am – 16:30pm including 30 minute lunch break
(initial training will be between hours of 9am-5pm)

Role:

Reporting to the Sales& Customer Service Manager
Manage incoming calls/emails and responding accordingly in timely and professional manner
Identify customer needs – striving to meet them
Resolve customer concerns/complaints promptly
Process orders on internal ERP system
Produce quotes using internal ERP system
Packing and posting small items for customer orders

Ideal candidate:

Good Literacy and Numeracy skills - GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English and Math’s preferred
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Positive attitude
Great team-working skills
Experience in use of Excel, Word and Outlook would be beneficial
Previous experience in Customer Service or similar role ideal, but not essential
Full UK driving license preferable due to location restrictions (site not on bus route)
