Senior Residential Lister/Negotiator – Upminster, Essex RM14 + Company Car

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Senior Residential Lister/Negotiator to join our Client based in Upminster, Essex RM14

A leading, vibrant, professional, dynamic and very well respected Estate Agency are currently seeking to strengthen their already very successful team with an Senior Lister/ Negotiator

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Coordinating Marketing and canvassing activities to generate new business

* Generating new instructions.

* Effectively marketing properties to attract potential buyers

* Coordinating property valuations and listings

* Providing constructive feedback

* Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly

* Registration of new applicants, handling phone, email and office walk-in enquiries

* Negotiation of offers

* Maintaining regular contact with vendors, buyers and other relevant parties

* Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the sales process

* Guiding vendors and buyers through the sales process from agreement of the sale to legal completion

* Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

* Must have a proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years experience

* Well-presented and have excellent customer service skills

* Be driven and highly motivated to succeed.

* Must be conversant in estate agency practice.

* Possess excellent marketing skills.

This Senior Residential Lister/Negotiator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.

The hours will be:

Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

Saturdays 9am - 6pm with a day off in the week

Salary range will be:
£26-28k basic + Company car
OTE £42,000 to £45,000pa
