We are now recruiting for our client, a specialist contractor who are a market leader in the design and build of offsite hybrid engineered structures.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Handover Manager to join their London team on a permanent basis.

About The Role
Working under the supervision of the Quality Manager with the objective of gaining experience, knowledge and understanding of the role, the duties will include preparing project handovers, and ensuring that any associated grouting, finishing, mastic, and remedial works are completed to the desired standard. Some of the other duties are listed below,

Assist grouting teams to ensure product cubes are completed to the desired standard.
Create and update the 'Cube Test Register'.
Raise and issue manufacturer defects, inclusive of an estimated time and motion.
Management of mastic application inclusive of quality assurance.
Management of project-based diamond drilling tasks.
Snag completed works to ensure they are to an acceptable standard.
Complete structural / cosmetic handover documents and issue to the client.
Assist manufacture teams with quality assurance checking of units within factories.Skills & Requirements

Valid SMSTS & First Aid
Previous experience as a Finishing / Hanover Manager
Experience working with Pre- Cast Concrete structures
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills with all levels
Highly motivated, always looking for improvements and efficient ways of working
