Social Services – Occupational therapist – Moving and Handling - Glasgow – up to £40ph
Hunter AHP have an exciting opportunity for an experienced social services occupational therapist to secure a locum contract within an adult social care team in South Glasgow. You need experience within moving and handling.
You will work as part of a wider highly experienced multi-disciplinary therapy team which include occupational therapists, nurses, and assistants.
Key responsibilities of the occupational therapist role as follows:
To provide a high quality, evidence based occupational therapy service.
To work within equipment, adaptations, DFG work and manual handling.
To work as an independent clinical professional with well-developed knowledge and skills, problem solving, clinical reasoning and clinical expertise in specialist area.
