The role:

24-7 Recruitment are currently looking for 7.5T Multi Drop Driver for a client we are representing in the Normanton area. Due to an increased demand from the client, we are currently recruiting experienced 7.5T Multi Drop Driver in the normanton area, on a temporary to permanent basis .

As a 7.5t drivers you will need to have:

Requirements

* Professional experience driving a 7.5T

* Induction prior to starting.

* Full UK Driving licence with C1 / Full CPC and DIGI Tacho card

* No DD, DR or IN convictions on licence

Responsibilities:

* Safely operate a 7.5t delivery vehicle

* Load and unload goods from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.

* Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.

* Complete necessary paperwork and logbooks accurately

* Provide excellent customer service.

* Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Skills:

* Valid driver's license with appropriate category for operating a 7.5-tonne vehicle.

* Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably with experience driving a 7.5t vehicle.

* Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations

* Ability to navigate using GPS or maps to locate delivery addresses.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
