Job Title: Regional Recruiter

Location: Hertfordshire / Essex

Hours: 37.5 per week Monday to Friday

Salary Range: £25k to £28k

Absolute commercial are currently on the look out for an experienced recruiter to work across the Hertfordshire / Essex area for one of our Health and Social Care clients. The role is based in and around the region and is responsible for the local recruitment of care assistants.

We are looking for a recruiter that is not afraid to think outside of the box when it comes to attraction and networking as well as traditional recruitment methods such as attending job centres and job fairs. Not only is it important to build relationships within the communities, a good relationship between a recruiter and the branch manager is imperative.

The expectation for the regional recruiter is to be travelling around the region, for talent attraction purposes as well as to the branches to discuss demand plans.
