Coalesce Management Consultancy (CMC) have a consulting assignment available for a Software QA & Test Automation Engineer to work on a project for a Semiconductor client of ours.

Currently we're looking for an Software QA & Test Automation Engineer to help us provide solutions on a project in the UK.

You'll be involved in:

Collaborating with developers to understand requirements and design effective test plans. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases covering various functionalities, usability, and compatibility aspects to ensure effective test coverage
Utilise automation frameworks to automate repetitive testing tasks and improve testing efficiency.
Execute manual tests to ensure comprehensive coverage and identify edge cases not covered by automation.
Analyse test results, identify software defects, and document them effectively using bug tracking tools.
Contribute to SQA (software quality assurance) to consistently achieve higher quality software releases
In order to suit the project requirements you must have:

Ability to write test automation using tools such as Robot Framework
Cadence Skill (or any other similar programming language to run + automate executables in linux)
Expert in software testing and test automation
CAD knowledge (EDA industry)
Advanced linux user Bash / C-Shell expertise
Git + Jenkins knowledge
