In this dual-role position, you will combine your expertise in sports coaching with your commitment to supporting students' behavioural needs. You will help foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes both physical well-being and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sports Coaching:

Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging sports programs and extracurricular activities
Develop students' skills and promote a positive attitude towards physical fitness and teamwork
Organize and oversee sports events, matches, and competitions
Collaborate with other staff to integrate sports and physical activities into the broader school curriculum
Behaviour Mentoring:

Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural and emotional needs
Work closely with teachers and support staff to develop and implement behaviour management plans
Encourage positive behaviour and personal development through mentoring and support
Create a safe and supportive environment where students feel valued and motivated
