Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of Cover Supervisor in Doncaster. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our client schools by supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher. This can be offered on a long-term, short-term or ADHOC basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes across various subjects and year groups as directed by school management.
Maintain a positive learning environment conducive to student engagement and achievement.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, following school policies and procedures.
Ensure all work set by the absent teacher is completed and assist students with any questions or concerns.
Provide feedback to the regular teacher on student progress and behaviour.
Collaborate with colleagues to support the overall educational objectives of the school.Requirements:

Previous experience working in a school environment is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
