As a Staff Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing high-quality nursing care to residents with mental health issues, complex needs, and dementia.
- Supporting individuals with behaviours that may challenge.
- Working alongside a multi-disciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and other specialists.
- Maintaining a calm and professional attitude, even under pressure.
- Engaging with residents to promote their well-being and fulfilment.

The ideal candidate for the Staff Nurse role will have:

- A positive, patient, and flexible attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
- Experience in social care
- A valid NMC pin.
