Contract: Full-Time Position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Salary: Competitive, Based on the M1 - M6 Teaching Scale AND Determined by Experience

As our English Teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the literary minds of our students. If you possess a deep appreciation for the English language and a commitment to fostering critical thinking and creativity, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to inspire a love for literature.

* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.

* Assess and provide constructive feedback on student progress.

* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum.

* Utilise your expertise to develop innovative teaching resources.

* Create a supportive and nurturing atmosphere for student growth.

* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends.

Requirements:

* Enhanced DBS certificate.

* QTS or relevant teaching qualifications in English.

* Proven experience teaching English within a school setting.

* Passion for literature and effective communication skills.

* Strong organisational and classroom management abilities.

* Commitment to creating an inclusive and dynamic learning environment.
