Our client, an independent construction consultancy, based in Warrington, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved in all projects across the business which will include; Residential, Commercial, Leisure and Education. The role will be based from the office with travel to projects.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience as a quantity surveyor within the construction industry. This candidate will need a full driving license and will need to be based within commuting distance.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Overview
Liaise with clients and contractors to provide accurate budgetary, contract and procedural advice.
Review budgets and contract compliance in detail.
Reporting upon project status, opportunities, and current workload for QS Services to the department head or Director.
Mentoring junior staff.
Prepare Schedules of Work.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
Full driving license
Client facing experience
Chartered membership of the RICS (MRICS) or working towards
Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in areas relevant to our business.
A relevant degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying
