QHSE Engineer
£40-£50k dependant on experience, Knaresborough based.

Due to internal progression my client is looking to recruit a QHSE Engineer to support the Engineering Director through management of the Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety management systems whilst ensuring full compliance. The QHSE Engineer will be qualified to HNC or HND in a mechanical engineering or manufacturing discipline.

Role will include the following
·Lead internal ISO audits
·Lead Quality, Environmental and H&S system improvements
·Coordinate the sustainability programme
·Support and work alongside internal departments including Training, Supply chain and Quality
·Ensure full compliance at all times

Key skills
·You will have worked closely with Quality, Environmental and H&S Management systems
·Practical experience of IATF16949 including audit experience.
·Excellent investigative, questioning and communication skills
·Ideally experienced in Lean Manufacturing techniques and 6 sigma
