Graduate Recruitment Consultant – City of London

From school administrators to Teaching Assistants to Headteachers and SLT, we aim to be of service to everyone whose place of work is within an educational setting.
We are currently recruiting for our new cohort of September Graduate Consultants to be part of our NextGen Academy. You will be part of a 12-week training programme alongside management and Senior Consultants to become a capable and fully fledged consultant. With support from day one, you will be building a desk and benefiting from an eye watering commission structure in no time.
Job Specification – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
* Running desk servicing existing clients and focusing on business development to build weekly and permanent GP.
* Maintaining constant and consistent relationships with candidates and clients, through calls and face to face visits.
* Reporting directly to Branch Manager for your division and other management within the business.
* Shift patterns within the hours of 07:00 – 17:00.
* Basic salary of up £25,000
* Based in Tower 42, a stone’s throw from London Liverpool Street Station
Person Specification - Experienced Graduate Recruitment Consultant
* A recent Graduate in any discipline.
* A willingness and ability to develop new relationships through business development i.e. calls, emails etc.
* A strong work ethic and able to work well within a team of high performing consultants.
* Resilient, hardworking and ambitious.
* Money motivated individual.
