Job Opportunity: Maintenance Engineer

About the Position

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team, reporting directly to the Site Engineering Manager. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility by performing both reactive and planned maintenance across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Efficient Repairs: Promptly and safely repair manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.

* Maintenance Logging: Accurately record all maintenance activities using our CMMS system.

* Machinery Maintenance: Work on various machinery, including Ishida weighers, TNA baggers, fryers, and extrusion equipment, following the Planned Maintenance Schedule to keep everything in optimal condition.

* Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the production team and site manager to prioritize tasks with minimal disruption to production.

What We're Looking For:

* Attention to Detail: A strong focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

* Efficiency Mindset: A proactive approach to enhancing efficiency across the site.

* Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Qualifications: A recognized Engineering Qualification.

* Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of both Electrical and Mechanical maintenance.

This role offers the chance to work as part of a dedicated engineering team on a Panama Shift Pattern (3’s & 2’s rotating days & nights).
