• Accurately complete all work-related documentation and exceed customer expectations, while adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Ensure a safe and diligent work environment by strictly following all health and safety policies and procedures.

• Enhance your skills and advance your career through training and appraisal activities.

• Enjoy the freedom of the open road with a full driving licence and the willingness to travel regionally.

• Take ownership of your work and shine with the ability to work independently, executing paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Possess a passion for roofing and possess a strong work ethic.

• Be skilled in all aspects of roofing, with a drive to continuously improve your craft.

• Possess exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.

• Be proficient in technology and possess IT literacy, including the ability to use a PDA.

• Be a flexible team player, willing to join an on-call rota and occasionally work outside of normal hours.

• Possess a CSCS card and a desirable PASMA certification, with an essential IPAD certification.

• Show a commitment to professional development, attending training activities as needed.

In return, you’ll receive:

• A salary package that reflects your skills and experience, within a range of £14.11-£14.67 per annum.

• A on-call payment of £75.00

• 22 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays increasing with service.
