Interim Finance Business Partner

Goodman Masson are currently working with a hugely well-established social housing organisation who are recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join the team on a 6 month basis in their Southampton office, reporting into the Finance Director.

This role would suit a Finance Business Partner with experience working in a large and complex organisation, preferably within the social housing sector.

Core duties include:

Delivering financial management information including forecasts and managements accounts to C-Suite stakeholders
Providing full balance sheet reconciliations to required deadlines
Supporting the management of cash flow and treasury that meets the business objectives
Proactively working with the the FD to strengthen internal financial processes, systems and controls where possible
Ensuring finance systems, cash flow budgets and reporting are in place and managed.Essentials:

ACA/ACCA qualified
Up to 3 years experience in a similar position
Experienced working with senior management and multiple stakeholders
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
