They are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team ASAP on a permanent basis. Location: Surrounded by large grounds, this school benefits from a spacious and attractive site with ample green space, perfect for outdoor learning.
Inclusive Environment: Their Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) caters to children with an Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan within their KS1/2 schooling.
Specialized Support: The school supports children with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
The Opportunity:

This is an exciting chance to support a team of dedicated teaching staff in creating a learning environment tailored to the needs of their ARP students. Your role will be crucial in implementing strategies that enhance the learning experience for children with SEND.

To Be Successful, You Will:

Have experience working in primary school settings and with SEN children
Hold Teaching Assistant qualifications or equivalent
Be passionate and dynamic about children’s learning
Be enthusiastic about helping young people succeed
Be flexible, calm, patient, and empathetic
Be a hardworking, reliable, committed team player
Have the ability to form strong professional relationships with young people
Be ambitious and have the energy and creativity to contribute significantly to the whole school
Position Details:

Salary Range: £19,515 to £22,371 Pro Rata (£22,817 to £26,156 FTE) - salary based on experience
Employment Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-Time/Part-Time, 36 hours per week, Term Time Only (39 Weeks)
