Link2 Resource are working in partnership with a market leading manufacturing business based in the Barton area of North Lincolnshire area. We are looking for an up and coming Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to complement their existing Team and have a passion for development.

Our customer has steadily grown over the last decade and with their impressive site are now requiring to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to their Engineering Team where they can grow and develop into an integral part of the business long term.

Success Candidate:

* Work in a diligent and safe manner

* Safety should be the priority

* Work with Steam, pneumatic, hydraulics with a keen eye for fault finding

* Be proactive and creative with problem solving on site

* Deliver planned and unplanned maintenance programme Profile

* Mechanical Experience is essential

* Worked in Production environment - essential

* Able to work on their own and deliver against a PPM Schedule

* Able to communicate at all levels

* Driven to make things better
