What You’ll be Doing:
* Research and identify new business opportunities within Telford and beyond
* Develop and maintain client relationships
* Book and attend your appointments
* Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm 1 hour lunch
* Full autonomy to bring on your own clients
* Work with lapsed/dormant accounts
* Carry out review meetings with clients
* Be directly responsible for the growth of an established recruitment desk
* Work to clear weekly/monthly targets
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
* A solid SALES/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT background
* Proven experience of building and development of business relationships
* A self-motivated, confident and tenacious approach
* Desire to progress your career and be the best in your field
* A full UK driving licence is essential
