Prospero Teaching is looking to place SEN Classroom Support Staff to work with children and young people aged 2-19 years who may have severe, complex, profound and multiple learning difficulties or autism. Whilst challenging, this work is immensely rewarding and all staff are supported in their professional development.

We are seeking to appoint caring and reliable staff to join our experienced and friendly team, to support our client schools pupils with their learning activities. This will involve supervising pupils in the school classes and move around the school, supervising children whilst they play outside, and assisting some pupils with toileting and personal care.

CONTRACT DETAILS

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Good general education
· Minimum 1 year experience of working with children or young people in the UK
· Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
· Hold Right to Work in the UK
· Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
· Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years
