Maintenance Operative

Location - Birmimgham

Salary - £11.44 to £13.50 per hour

Start date - July 2024

Must have a DBS or Enhanced DBS

Temporary assignment

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
Handle minor carpentry, painting, and plastering tasks.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the management team.
Coordinate with external contractors for larger repair projects when necessary.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of common areas and events as required.
Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring their living environment is well-maintained.Applications will be getting reviewed WC 20/05/2024.
