Info about what the QHSE Advisor role entails
As the UK’s key business partner for Quality, Health and Safety, Information Security, and Environmental matters, you will report directly to the EPC Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing critical business processes, ensuring they are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational goals. Your responsibilities include guaranteeing compliance with internal QHSE standards, industry best practices, and all relevant legal regulations.
You will play a pivotal role in continuously updating and refining the QHSE management system, ensuring it remains aligned with corporate policies, industry benchmarks, and governmental requirements.
Based at our Runcorn office, your work will involve regular travel to customer sites across the UK, with occasional trips to our regional headquarters in the Netherlands. All travel expenses will be covered.
Essential Requirements of a QHSE Advisor
* Experience in QHSE, ideally gained in a technical project organisation working with major contractors in the utility construction and/or instrumentation automation markets.
* Experience of leading audits to verify compliance.
* Experience of applying or working with CDM Regulations 2015.
* NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent qualification
Desirable Requirements of a QHSE Advisor
* Bachelor level with more than 10 years of relevant work experience in a technical/process environment OR academic level with more than 5 years of work experience in technical/process environment
* NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent qualification
* Knowledge of ISO9001, qualification advantageous.
* First aid experience and or qualification
