Location: Market Harborough

Salary: Up to £54,500 per annum + 15% bonuses paid quarterly

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to join our fantastic service. As an established, reputable home, we aim to ensure all of our employees feel empowered and passionate about their work. Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership and management to the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are always maintained.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines and take appropriate action to address any areas of improvement.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, promoting open communication and a person-centred approach to care.
Manage the financial aspects of the nursing home, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance, implementing necessary changes and improvements to enhance the overall quality of care and resident satisfaction.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 experience in managing at deputy level or above within a care home
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, resource management, and cost control.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Minimum NVQ 3 or equivalent
