Soldering/ Assembly Technicians

Soldering/Assembly Technicians Urgently required for a leading manufacturing company based near Farnborough. We are looking for Technicians of all levels from entry level, Graduate to Highly Experienced to work within a busy production team, focussing on high end electronics. Key to this role will be to the capability to solder

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture of new or existing products
Assist with the problem solving of new products prior to product ionisation
Provide NPI support
Identifying foolproof tooling requirements
Assist in the training of operators
Ensure documentation is correct and legible
Demonstrate a clear understanding of problem solving techniques
Being able to influence quality improvements through technical innovation.
Liaising with the Engineering department. Qualifications/Skills/Experience

This grade requires someone who preferably has a formal engineering qualification or is able to demonstrate they have relevant experience.

Staff in this grade will have experience in:

welding, soldering, or brazing
general assembly
knowledge of new product introduction
