Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and organised at all times.
Book meeting rooms for tenants, ensuring smooth coordination of appointments.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily post and deliveries in a timely manner.
Answer the intercom and transfer calls when necessary.

Previous experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role.
