In this role, you will oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams and act as a liaison between our client and stakeholders. Your excellent communication skills will be vital in building and maintaining strong relationships.
Responsibilities include:
Managing projects from initial brief to file release, following our defined processes.
Keeping documentation up-to-date and managing financial tasks.
Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing through client processes.
Leading stakeholders through the process, adhering to agreed process steps.
Meeting SLAs, accurately communicating briefs, and managing micro critical paths.
Supporting internal teams in query resolution and acting as a consultant to the client.
Reporting project risks and challenges to all stakeholders.
Attending project-related meetings and escalating issues when necessary.
🎓 Qualifications/Requirements:
2+ years of project management experience, including external stakeholder management.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Enthusiasm and composure under pressure.
Professionalism and presentable.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft applications.
