Title: Conveyancing Case Handler (NON TECHNICAL)
Location: MCR
Salary: £30,000 + Quarterly Bonus
*This position is non technical, well suited to someone who has experience managing their own caseload of files. The position comes with an extremely lucrative productivity based bonus structure*
Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of conveyancing transactions.
- Maintain relationships with clients and try to ensure the business receives a steady flow of incoming work by providing good service delivery.
- Manage a legal assistant, taking an active role in their training and development.
- Handle the whole conveyancing transaction, from inception to completion.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience running own caseload of conveyancing transactions.
- Strong admin skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good telephone manner.
- Experience using legal case management system.
- Organised
- Confident in building and maintaining relationships.
