We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students.

Job Summary: The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of diverse learning disabilities, behavioral challenges, and developmental disorders, and will be adept at creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. This role involves collaborating with other educators, parents, and specialists to ensure that each student's unique needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students' abilities and challenges to determine specific educational needs.
Adapt and modify teaching methods to meet the needs of students with diverse learning styles and abilities.
Utilize various teaching techniques and strategies to engage students and facilitate learning.
Collaborate with other teachers, school staff, parents, and external specialists to provide comprehensive support for students.
Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that fosters students' social, emotional, and academic development.
Provide guidance and support to teaching assistants and other support staff working with SEN students.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of students' progress and any interventions or accommodations provided.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in special education.
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss their child's progress, challenges, and any necessary adjustments to their educational plan.
Promote awareness and understanding of SEN within the school community.Qualifications:

Proven experience working with students with special educational needs.
Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
