Senior Electrical Engineer – The Role:

This role involves leading engineering projects, ensuring efficient and reliable power distribution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve electrical systems. The Senior Electrical Engineer will be instrumental in driving technical excellence and operational efficiency, with a focus on strong leadership and technical ability.

Senior Electrical Engineer – Main Activities/Responsibilities:

- Manage various electrical engineering projects from conception to completion

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members

- Collaborate with other departments to optimise power distribution processes and systems

- Lead and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Senior Electrical Engineer – You: 

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

- Proven experience in electrical engineering within the power distribution industry

SAP

- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead a team

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams

- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of driving team success
