Page Personnel are currently working with a growing business in Leeds who are moving their debt recovery team from offshore back to the UK and looking to recruit 2 new Debt Recovery Associates

Description

Key Responsibilities:

Able to recognise high potential debt issues with the business and escalate further
Liaising with customers via phone and email to collect outstanding monies owed to the business
Taking accounts legal or disconnecting supply where necessary from non payments
Working with third party debt management business to collecting long term outstanding debt
Liaising with management to authorise write offs and settlements for the business
Dealing with invoices queries
Monday to Friday - 9 -5 Profile

Successful candidate will possess:

Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of team
Microsoft proficient
Ability to work to timed deadlinesJob Offer

Salary up to £27000 per annnum + 22 days annual leave (plus banks on top) + Private Medical Insurance + Free Breakfast every pay day + free on site parking
