They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to join their team and oversee their civils and residential projects.

Job Description:

Position Overview: The Site Manager will be responsible for the on-site management and execution of civils and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both civil engineering and residential building, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction best practices and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Management: Oversee all site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

* Team Leadership: Lead and manage site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

* Health and Safety: Ensure all site operations comply with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments.

* Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship by implementing rigorous quality control procedures and conducting regular inspections.

* Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.

* Resource Management: Efficiently manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project performance.

* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, schedules, and safety documentation.

* Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in civils and residential construction projects.

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills.

* Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

* Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

* Relevant certifications in construction management or a related field are highly desirable.

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management within the civils and residential sectors.
