Position Overview: Are you an experienced Commercial Heating Engineer looking for a rewarding opportunity? Key Responsibilities:
Installation: Expertly install and commission commercial heating systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Maintenance: Conduct thorough maintenance checks to optimize system efficiency and reliability.
Repairs: Diagnose and repair faults swiftly to minimize downtime and ensure client satisfaction.
Testing and Inspection: Perform comprehensive tests and inspections to ensure system performance and safety.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and provide effective solutions to restore functionality.
Customer Service: Communicate professionally with clients, providing expert advice and maintaining positive relationships.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of work performed, ensuring compliance with all necessary paperwork.
Health and Safety: Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others.Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Commercial Heating Engineer, with expertise in both installation and maintenance.
Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating, Gas Safe registration, and City & Guilds certifications.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial heating systems, including boilers, radiators, controls, and pipework.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successful repairs.
Effective communication skills and a valid driver's license.Working Conditions: This role offers a dynamic work environment with both indoor and outdoor responsibilities. Irregular hours may be required to accommodate emergency repairs, with personal protective equipment (PPE) provided as necessary.

Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with on-call rotations available.
