I am aiding one of the largest Tier 1 contractor that operate throughout the nation in their search for a Section Engineer to join their team in Birmingham on a project that is providing strengthening and repairs to a large Viaduct on a busy road in the midlands.

In regards to experience , they re looking for a Section Engineer who has been involved in Rail infrastructure projects such as Bridges , Viaducts and other associated structures.

Some of your responsibilities are listed but not limited to :

You'll be responsible for managing the site setting-out team
Responsible for the performance and development of the Site Engineers.
Responsible for identifying and resolving technical problems on site in liaison with the Sub-Agent.
Monitoring and coordinating subcontractors in the performance of their works, ensuring they are completed to the contractual requirements.
Ensuring that the team have all current information and resources required to carry out their duties.
You will be required to assist with the production of programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans and contribute to financial forecasting.In return you will receive a Healthy salary as well as a package that includes a Company car / Car allowance , pension , Health care and much more.
