The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple social housing planned works refurbishment projects across the North West. You will manage a team of site managers who then oversee the operational delivery of schemes. Rapidly growing organisation winning multiple large contracts, leaving opportunities to progress quickly.

Client Details

I am working for one of the fastest growing national contractors who look to add a Contract Manager to their North West team. This role comes with the opportunity to progress into more senior positions within the organisation, as they have a large and growing client base within social housing. They offer excellent packages, internal training, and exciting projects to be a part of.

Description

Social housing refurbishment projects across the north west; kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, etc.
Managing a team of site managers who oversee the operational delivery team.
Overseeing multiple projects at a time.
Financial planning and budgeting.
CDM 2015 and Health & Safety.
Sub-contractor management.
Client relationships and reporting to the directorate team.
Improving performance and delivery of projects.
Key leadership role within the North West Housing division.Profile

Proven housing refurbishment background for a main contractor
Prior trade background
SMSTS / SSSTS / CSCS
NVQ 6 or 7 desirable
Experience managing social housing schemes
Considerate Constructor scheme experience
Proven ability to prepare and monitor works programmes i.e, Microsoft
Ability to review, challenge and support contractors RAMS
