Key Responsibilities:

Leading and managing the Basingstoke geotechnical team
Developing and maintaining client relationships through regular meetings and excellent communication
Handling hands-on design and technical management tasks
Preparing and presenting detailed geotechnical reports and designs
Overseeing project delivery from inception to completion
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project outcomes

Job Requirements:

Significant experience in geotechnical engineering
Proven track record in technical management and hands-on design

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
