Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor.
Location: West Bromwich, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £40k + Training + Benefits

A UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy with a national presence are now seeking to take on a BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor. You will be expected to carry out the full range of surveying duties in line with HSG 264 guidelines on a mixed portfolio of sites, including but not limited to: Local Authority, Industrial, Educational, Commercial, and Social Housing. For the successful candidate, our client can offer paid travel time, enrolment onto the company pension scheme, overtime opportunities, and annual bonuses. The successful candidate will be hard working, diligent, and flexible in line with company and client needs.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Birmingham, Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick, Worcester, Ludlow, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Telford, Shrewsbury, Stafford, Litchfield, Tamworth, Coalville, Burton upon Trent, Derby, Stoke-on-Trent, Beeston, Nottingham, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Leicester, Market Harborough, Corby.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent.
" Hands on experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
" Able to prioritise workload in line with company and client needs.
" Able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Excellent eye for detail.

The Role:
" Attending a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out management, refurbishment, demolition and re-inspection surveys in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Sampling of suspected ACMs on site, bagging and labelling correctly prior to sending for analysis.
" Using industry recognised systems to produce detailed reports based on site finings.
